Loading a Syringe onto a Syringe Pump

In order to achieve the pump's rated accuracy, syringes need to be loaded onto a pump in such a way that they do not slide around during injection or withdrawal.

For a large Hamilton syringe, please make sure that the entire metal flange is off of the syringe holder block:
